Do not get me wrong, What the Pho! has just about the cutest name a pho restaurant could have, is much cleaner and more inviting than any other Vietnamese restaurant I have tried in this area. My problem is that almost every Monday when me and my girlfriend's family order pho for pickup and ask for extra noodles, they always forget!!! This last week we even mentioned they had forgotten every other time and they still forgot! We would check when we picked it up, but they are usually pretty packed and we have about 4 huge bags with our order, so we can't really check without making a scene.

I just want my extra noodles, that's all!

It bugs me if a restaurant forgets something once! Let alone repeatedly. However, it does speak highly of their food that you keep going back!

I would try to tell them what happened again. I had that happen at a restaurant I used to frequent in Colorado and they gave the me a discount.
