Supporting Evidence
I'm all for supporting local restaurants, especially when their food proves to be an absolute treat to the taste buds. Thai Ruby is a hole in the wall, family owned restaurant that serves the most incredible Thai food I've ever tasted. The couple who owns and operates the restaurant is from Thailand and their cuisine is delectably authentic. If you're ever in the Salt Lake area, a trip to Thai Ruby (about 45 miles south of Salt Lake) would be worth the drive.Photo Evidence
