I have gone to Blue C Sushi in the University District a few times now and I am still unimpressed. The sushi is alright, nothing too special.Service is good because of an interesting idea; all around the belt there are little light switches that will illuminate a blue light above your seating area. It's a little like a flight attendant button and it works great. The prices are also fairly economical, with the color of the plate denoting the charge for what is on it.
Unfortunately, the bottom line with sushi is the taste and freshness and both are hit-and-miss at Blue C. My boyfriend's mom from Dallas absolutely loved it while she was visiting, but I cannot imagine having a whole lot of great sushi to compare it to in Texas.
There is one at the Alderwood Mall too. I have not been there, but I assume it would be about the same. It wasn't a complete disappointment and if you aren't picky then I would suggest trying it out!

I have gone to the one at Alderwood Mall and it was cool. I liked the conveyor belt idea!
